HONORING FALLEN OFFICERS AT THE WILL COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT CEREMONY

The Following Information is Being Released by Illinois State Police District 5

Joliet, IL - Illinois State Police (ISP) joined several law enforcement agencies throughout Will County on Thursday, May 9, 2019, to help honor fallen officers at the Will County Law Enforcement Memorial Service. The Ceremony started with a mass at Saint Mary Magdalene Catholic Church in Joliet, IL, and concluded with a Memorial Service with guest speaker, Illinois State Treasurer Michael Frerichs.

The Will County Law Enforcement Memorial is located at the Will County Courthouse in Joliet, IL, and is a reminder that all law enforcement officers will lay down their lives to protect the lives of others.
