Horseshoe Lake Fire Department Receives Recognition During Flood Relief From ISP and IL-IMT
Olive Branch, IL -- The Illinois Incident Management Team (IMT) and Illinois State Police (ISP) District 13/22 Commander Lieutenant Sons presented the members of the Horseshoe Lake Fire Department with a small gift and thanked them for their assistance and hospitality during the flood incident.
The HLFD members graciously opened their doors in support of the IL-IMT, IEMA, EMAT, and the ISP by providing use their building as the IL-IMT command post. HLFD also provided meals for First Responders and provided a place to sleep for a few of the IMT members assisting with the flood response and mitigation with IEMA and EMAT.
