Need to apply for renewal of your Concealed Carry License, but haven’t completed your training hours due to COVID-19? An emergency rule provides that renewal applications will be accepted without proof that renewal training is completed. You can now submit your application online and bypass uploading your training certificate to renew your CCL. CCL licensees will need to submit proof of their three-hour renewal training within 12 months following the termination of the state's disaster proclamation in order to maintain the validity of their CCL license
