  5. Presentation: National Conference of State Legislators (NCSL), Policy Associate of State Legislatures Expect Samantha Bloch. Ms. Bloch will present an overview of state marijuana – impaired driving laws, reporting, data collections, and testing laws.
  6. Roundtable discussion by Task Force members, identify future discussion subject matter, presentations, guests, etc.
