  • On December 23, 2018, Illinois State Police Zone 4 Peoria responded to an unknown deceased black female, later identified as, Inita N. Thomas, located in the area of Illinois Route 6 and Knoxville Avenue in Peoria, Illinois.

  • During the course of the investigation, Agents learned that Thomas was purported to be engaged in prostitution, and was believed to be staying in various hotels in the Peoria area. Thomas had connections in Southern Illinois, as well as, central, Illinois.
