CCLRB Denial

If your Firearm Concealed Carry License Application was denied based upon a determination of the Concealed Carry Licensing Review Board (CCLRB), you are not permitted to obtain a Concealed Carry License unless you receive relief from the courts.

Accordingly, you are required to file your appeal with the circuit court in writing in the county of your residence for a hearing upon such denial, revocation, or seizure. Please refer to 430 ILCS 66/87(a) for additional information. For additional information regarding filing such an appeal, please contact the circuit clerk’s office for the county of your residence.
